We are open and communicative; we have nothing to hide. Look in our open kitchen and watch our chefs preparing your dishes. We love vegan and vegetarian dishes the most, but meat and fish are certainly also available. Most importantly: the quality of the product and knowing where it comes from. We cook seasonally and regionally, but with international influences. Every pea is hand-pulled, home-smoked beets for the puree and baskets full of fresh fruit for our compote.
